We are thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new gym facility at Alexander Academy, designed to help our students and staff stay fit, healthy, and energized! This new addition to our campus is more than just a space for physical exercise – it’s a commitment to fostering a well-rounded and healthy lifestyle for our entire community.
A State-of-the-Art Gym for Everyone
The new gym offers modern fitness machines, free weights, and a variety of equipment to cater to all fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone just starting their fitness journey, this space has something for you. From cardio machines to strength-training tools, the gym provides a welcoming and accessible environment for everyone, regardless of their fitness experience.
Weekly Yoga Sessions: Relax, Recharge, and Rejuvenate
We host weekly yoga sessions after school, on every Monday, conducted by one of our teachers. Yoga improves flexibility, builds strength, and promotes relaxation. These sessions provide a chance to unwind after a busy week, focus on mindfulness, and boost overall wellness.
Yoga isn’t just about physical poses; it’s about creating balance in both the body and the mind. By participating in these sessions, individuals can de-stress, increase focus, and cultivate a positive, calm mindset. The Fitness Club: Building a Stronger Community
In addition to yoga, we also run a Fitness Club throughout the week, where members can join group workouts, fitness challenges, and more. The Club offers a fun and supportive environment where students can work together, to achieve their fitness goals. With a range of activities available, from strength training to high-energy circuits, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The club fosters a positive, team-oriented atmosphere, encouraging participants to stay motivated and push themselves to reach new personal bests.
